I agree to protect the privacy and confidentiality of community participants and understand that participation is for educational and wellness-support purposes and does not replace professional medical care. I understand that violations may result in denial of admission to or immediate removal from the J4HL Community and may also result in appropriate legal action to protect intellectual property, confidentiality, branding, and other proprietary rights.

Joy for Healthy Living™ (J4HL™) & WatsonGuard™ Name, Branding & Representation Acknowledgement. *

I acknowledge that Joy 4 Healthy Living™ (J4HL™), WatsonGuard™, and their related names, program titles, logos, branding, materials, and identifiers are proprietary. I will not use, copy, adopt, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, or represent these names, titles, logos, branding, or identifiers in any personal or professional profile, WhatsApp or social-media display name, group, organization, business, product, service, title, or other setting without prior written authorization. I will not state, represent, or imply that I am an authorized representative, leader, agent, partner, spokesperson, or affiliate of Joy 4 Healthy Living™ (J4HL™) or WatsonGuard™ without prior written authorization. I understand that violations may result in denial of admission to or immediate removal from the J4HL Community and may also result in appropriate legal action to protect intellectual property, branding, and other proprietary rights.

J4HL Community Participation Agreement *

I agree to participate respectfully in the J4HL Community, protect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants, and follow all community guidelines, participation requirements, and authorized-use restrictions. I understand that J4HL provides education, encouragement, accountability, and wellness support and does not diagnose, treat, or replace care from my physician or other qualified healthcare professional. I understand that failure to comply with these requirements may result in denial of admission to or immediate removal from the J4HL Community and, when applicable, appropriate legal action to protect participant privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property, branding, and other legal or proprietary rights.
